How to Purchase a Plot
Step 1: Once you have received and read all of the necessary information from us and are ready to take the first step, our advisors are on hand to answer any questions you may have. We will also discuss which plot or plots that may be of interest to you and that you wish to purchase.
Step 2: Once you have decided which plot or plots you would like, the next step is to reserve the plot or plots in your name.
Step 3: Once the necessary reservations for the plot or plots have been made in your name, we shall then ask you to make a deposit of £500.
Step 4: Once the deposit has been received we shall forward a contract for you to sign. You should then sign the contract and return it to us along with the remaining balance of monies. We always use a recognised and leading international law firm for your security and peace of mind.
Step 5: Once the contract has been signed and returned to us with the remaining balance, we shall then transfer the land title deeds into your name and forward them onto you to sign and return.
Step 6: Once we have received the fully signed title deeds from you, they shall then be forwarded to HM Land Registry. After approximately 8 to 12 weeks, HM Land Registry will forward your title deeds onto you, which means that you are then the legal freeholder of your plot or plots of land
